Finders Fee – Terms and Conditions

  1. virion is offering a $15/subscription bonus credit to “Current Customers” who introduce “New Customers” who meet the conditions of this promotion.
  2. A “Current Customer” must be in good commercial standing with virion and have a credit history of payment within payment terms.
  3. A “New Customer” is one who has never had an account with virion, signs up using the Instant Trial Application on a direct debit facility for the term of the account, as well as agreeing to the virion Terms and Conditions as stated on our web site.
  4. The Bonus Credit will be applied after the “New Customer” has passed the 30 day trial period and continues with the virion voip service as per the virion Terms and Conditions.
  5. The bonus credit will be applied to the “Current Customer’s” virion account, and is not refundable, transferrable or redeemable for cash, once the new eligible customer has signed up, paid in full and provided virion with the virion phone number of the “Existing Customer”. The “New Customer” must provide the details of the “Existing Customer” at the time of purchase via the instant application form on the virion website – no subsequent requests will be accepted.
  6. One bonus will be paid per “New Customer” and “Existing Customers” can refer any number of “New Customers”.
  7. The bonus credit will be available immediately once the terms and conditions have been reached and appear on the “Existing Customer’s” next invoice.
  8. “New Customers” become “Existing Customers” immediately after the purchase is complete and the Terms and Conditions in this agreement and the virion voip service Terms and Conditions are met, and can then refer additional “New Customers”.
  9. If the “New Customer” cancels their service within the direct debit term, then virion reserves the right to debit the bonus credit from the “Existing Customer’s” account, or seek compensation by other means as deemed necessary. virion reserves the right to refuse the bonus to any customer if it feels the promotion has been abused.
  10. The promotion is valid only for online orders received and paid for in full by 5pm (AEST) on the 31st March 2011.
